Terms of Service

There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.

• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Abuse or gaming will result in your account being banned.
• No pretending to be acting on our behalf (i.e., as an employee).
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time.
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for violating any of the rules at our sole discretion. Commissions generated by mechanisms that violate our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.
• We verify the due commission at the beginning of every month. In the case of a commission being due, we will contact you to request an invoice for payment processing. We will pay out your affiliate commissions once your balance hits $50 USD. Commissions will be pending for at least 30 days before they are considered payable to allow time for refunds.
• To receive payments, it is mandatory to complete the Mercury form, which will be sent upon the need for the first payment. Payments will only be processed after the form is correctly filled and submitted.
• Accepted payment methods are ACH, Local Wire, and International Wire.
